The robust machine frame is a welded steel construction ensuring exceptionally stable and low-vibration operation. Both machine stands feature an offset design, allowing processing of parts longer than the machine table itself. The grinding belt is guided over three deflection rollers, providing the operator with the largest possible, open working area—ideal for working with hand sanding blocks. Belt drive is provided by a three-phase motor with a dynamically balanced drive roller. The belt features adjustable pneumatic tensioning. The dust extraction unit is dimensioned to efficiently capture sanding dust and direct it to the extraction nozzle, provided it is connected to a suitable extraction system. For effortless operation, the grinding unit is mounted in play-free linear guides. The machine table can be easily and quickly adjusted to the required workpiece height using the electric lift. The table lift guide elements are maintenance-free. For loading, the table can be extended so far that workpieces do not have to be slid under the sanding belt during setup. The main electrical controls are user-friendly and centrally located on the machine.

The machine comes standard with an initial equipment belt (WxL) 150 x 7100 mm and a contact roller, approx. 50° Shore hardness for 150 mm belt width.

Additional accessories:
3-axis table with integrated handling device for turning and swiveling workpieces.

The handling device is centrally mounted under the table’s insert frame. To operate the handling device, the insert frame is removed from the machine table. The device is equipped with four vacuum suction cups for securing the workpieces and consists of: a bearing with rotary axis (with a brake disc on the rear side), and a swivel device affixed to the front of the axis. The swivel can be locked at 0°, 22.5°, 45°, 67.5°, and 90°. An additional detent disk on the swivel head allows fine adjustment of workpieces relative to the grinding belt. The rotary and swivel axes are pneumatically unlocked via foot switch, axis movement is manual. Maximum workpiece weight when used as a flat table with insert frame: 80 daN. Maximum workpiece weight when using the handling device (relative to the clamping plate): 25 daN or 120 Nm relative to the rotary axis center.
