Opis
The Gleason-Welter 2000 T bevel gear testing machine was designed as a universal machine and is used by manufacturers of gears and transmission technologies for single-flank rolling tests of bevel gears and crown gears.

Special Features:
Angular hypoid test device, suitable for testing larger sizes of bevel and hypoid gears with diameters up to 2,000 mm and shaft angles from 0 to 360 degrees, as well as spur, helical, and internal gears.
Deviations in gear geometry, machining errors due to defective tools, and damage to the gearing can thus be detected and eliminated even before assembly.
The following parameters can be measured:
- Single flank rolling deviation Fi', fi', fl', fk'
- Pitch deviations Fp, fp, fu
- Runout and roundness
- Runout error Fr
- Backlash
