- X-axis guidance system:

The drive for the X-axis gantry is via a rack-and-pinion with helical crowned teeth – ensuring maximum precision. The reduction gearbox provides the highest machining and repeat accuracy. Bearings are precision, encapsulated ball bearing carriages running on hardened and ground linear guides.


- Y-axis guidance system:

Bearings are precision, encapsulated ball bearing carriages running on hardened and ground linear guides. The Y-axis is positioned via a ground ball screw.


- Z-axis guidance system:

Bearings are precision, encapsulated ball bearing carriages running on hardened and ground linear guides. The Z-axis is positioned via a ground ball screw.


- Automatic central lubrication system:

Grease is automatically and precisely delivered to the guide carriages of the X, Y, and Z axes as well as to the ball screws of Y and Z.
Lubrication cycle is performed automatically after a defined interval.
