Opis
The existing window painting system was in full operation until 19 December 2025 inclusive. The system is currently still connected to the electrical supply network, but will be replaced by a new robotic painting system as part of the turn of the year.
The objective is to find a suitable subsequent user who will competently dismantle and transport the complete system on their own at the beginning of the coming year.
System Concept Description
Loading and unloading of the crossbeams with window frames and sashes is performed via a lifting/lowering station, which enables ergonomic and process-secure feeding of the system.
Impregnation and priming of workpieces take place in a vertical flooding booth. The coating is applied using the flooding method via vertically arranged spray nozzles. This is followed by a drip-off and drying zone, with the crossbeams being conveyed at an inclined angle.
First drying tunnel with a buffer capacity of approx. 40 crossbeams. Drying is performed by warm air generated via a hot water system with a flow temperature of approx. 85 °C.

Switching unit for optionally feeding the workpieces either into a second impregnation/priming process or directly to the subsequent coating unit.
Coating unit in the form of a lift stand with integrated electrostatic application (E-Static). Coating is carried out on one side, complemented by an automated turning unit, so that workpieces can be fed back into the spray system for a repeated coating pass.
Second drying tunnel with a buffer capacity of approx. 50 crossbeams. Here as well, drying takes place by means of warm air from a hot water system, with a flow temperature of approx. 85 °C.
Buffer section after the second drying tunnel with a capacity of approx. 25 crossbeams, serving as a transfer area to the unloading station.
