Opis
The PDFD line consists of two main components: the DFC 60 tenoning and profiling station (where the ends of the laths are machined) and the PHSL finger-jointing press, which joins elements into laths up to 6.6 m in length, with the ability to program up to eight intermediate cross-cuts, dividing the lath into sections of operator-defined length. Between these main machines, there are transport devices that also serve as a pre-tenoning station. The presented line configuration enables an output of approx. 8,500 – 10,500 linear meters per shift. The machines have undergone a complete overhaul. One-year warranty included.
The microprocessor-controlled system allows flexible adjustment of working parameters to suit user requirements. This line is capable of processing both “calzing” type elements and components for manufacturing tabletops (joined along the grain). The use of an outfeed table with automatic feed of laths onto the infeed conveyor of the PHSL press allows the line to be operated by a single worker feeding elements. The outfeed table is equipped with a buffer screen, increasing efficiency and operational smoothness. The line operates in automatic mode with manual material feeding. The line’s components can be arranged in various (customer-agreed) configurations, ensuring the machine fits the user’s available workspace.

Wooden laths are placed by the operator onto the carriage of the first tenoning machine. Loading the elements initiates the milling cycle. The first machine squares the ends of the batch and profiles the tenon shape. The batch is then transferred to the table of the second tenoning machine, where the other end is machined and glue is applied.
Elements from the DFC-60 D tenoner are fed via a chain conveyor to the pre-tenoning assembly, where a set of rollers and a pressure device preliminarily clamp the finger-joint edges before entering the press. Pre-machined elements are then conveyed to the press table, where, after reaching the required length, they are cut. Using a pusher bar and pressure bar, they are moved to the pressing bed area, where the pressing process takes place. The glued and pressed, finished lath is pushed onto the press outfeed table.
After moving the elements to the pressing bed, the process of loading new elements onto the press table is carried out in parallel with the described steps, maintaining continuous press operation and thus increasing gluing efficiency.
