The machine features a robust and heavy-duty steel construction. Material cutting is carried out by the movement of the cutting frame along the X and Y axes, while the worktable remains stationary.

The cutting frame is driven by two reinforced toothed belts and moves on linear guides along the X-axis. In the Y-axis (vertical movement of the frame), feed is provided by two ball screws and linear guides.

The machine offers single-sided and double-sided cutting modes as well as automatic cut correction during double-sided operation.

- Automatic, self-adjusting saw blade tensioning
- Stationary table with a powered conveyor belt for easy material loading
- Automatic cut length measurement
- Quick-change system for the saw blade
- Automatic material clamping
