Wet grinding system with band filter unit and closed
water circuit, installed under the feed belt and easily retractable
from the machine.

Washing and drying unit, designed for minimum workpiece length of 80 mm,
water and air volume adjustable, etc.

Workpiece is transported from the front via a continuous conveyor belt
(minimum part length 350 mm) with a vacuum suction system across 300 mm on the right
and a magnetic track 300 mm wide, suitable for holding small parts
up to a minimum length of 80 mm.

Frequency converter for stepless speed regulation of the abrasive
flap brushes from 250 – 1,000 rpm (position 2, top), as well as for belt feed.

Control panel with clear controls and digital display for
roller adjustment, 4 ammeters for monitoring roller drives,
status LEDs.

Quick-change facility for lateral extraction of abrasive flap
brushes, as well as a range of replacement rollers with
non-woven abrasive and brush trim.
