Reliable and clean slag removal with slag hammer brushes
The EdgeRacer the Grinder easily removes slag formed on the underside during plasma or oxy-fuel cutting. The disc brushes are calibrated to nearly touch the underside, allowing the steel pins to efficiently knock off the slag.

Powerful deburring and precise edge rounding
EdgeRacer® the Grinder effortlessly removes persistent punching burrs and laser beads/spatter. By adjusting the brush feed, you can also precisely control the degree of edge rounding.

Deburr thin sheets or plates with cut-outs. The grinding brushes can be set to reach below the transport level, ensuring complete processing of the entire workpiece edge. The oxide disc enables removal of oxide layers from both inner and outer contours.

Full working width or double performance – optimally adapted to your requirements
Depending on the width of the parts to be processed, you can choose between two processing modes. Select the single-row mode to utilize the full working width, ideal for wide parts or parallel loading. For optimal tool wear management, the brushes automatically alternate their positions. For narrower workpieces, choose the double-row operation for double the processing in just one pass.
