Opis
New custom batch pasteurizers available on request. We offer new batch pasteurizers for the food and beverage industry. Our BPT series is suitable for the pasteurization of milk, ice cream mix, ice cream fermentation, sauce production, brewery applications, and more.
APPLICATIONS:
* Milk processing: Commonly used in the dairy industry for pasteurizing milk and milk products.
* Cheese production: Used before cheese making to ensure safety.
* Ice cream production: Pasteurizes the base mix before transforming it into ice cream.
ADVANTAGES OF BATCH PASTEURIZATION:
* Cost-effective: Often more affordable than continuous pasteurizers for small to medium-sized operations.
* Flexibility: Suitable for small batches or various products and recipes.
* Quality control: Allows for better control over the pasteurization process.
Capacity (liters): 300
Control panel: Stainless steel control box, operating panel, thermometer controller, agitator ON/OFF, chart recorder.
Heating options: Heating elements, hot water, and steam
Milk pasteurization: 68–75 °C
Maximum temperatures: 95°C
Cooling options: Connection to ice storage and cold water circulation through the jacket; plate heat exchanger connection at the outlet.
Heating time: 30 min to 1 h for BPT100 to BPT500 series with heating elements; BPT600–BPT2000, heating with hot water or steam.
Heating-up time: 30 minutes to 1 hour for BPT100 to BPT500 series with heating elements; BPT600–BPT2000: heating with HOT water or steam.
Cooling time: 30 to 45 minutes, depending on cooling temperature; 30 minutes standard with plate heat exchanger.
Structure: Stainless steel 316L and 304, triple-layer jacketed with insulation.
Agitation: Slow-speed stirring with dual supports at two different levels; high-shear mixing for ice cream.
Cleaning: Integrated spray ball for uniform cleaning through the circulation of hot water and food-grade chemicals.

Automation: We offer complete automation of our batch pasteurizers covering the entire heating and cooling cycle. Additional costs apply for automation.
Access: Two foldable lids for easy cleaning and inspection.
Product outlet: DIN40–DIN50 on half cone to ensure complete product discharge.
Intended use: Milk pasteurization/ice cream mix/ice cream fermentation/sauces.
Lead time: 5–8 weeks from order. Delays may occur during COVID-19.
