Multipurpose Kettle / Cheese Vat / Pasteurizer 100 liters

Used - 3.5 years old

The Kettle:
- All stainless steel construction

- Double jacket (au bain-marie) with insulation
- Non-pressurized vessel (must be operated without pressure)
- 100 liters capacity
- Outlet disc valve NW 50
- Agitator mounted on the lid, easy to remove with quick-change adapter
- Slow-turning agitator; approx. 24 RPM
- 400 Volt / 8.4 kW heating (16 AMP plug). Heating power can be halved via switch (8.4 - 4.2 kW)

The Control System:
- Digital display of milk temperature
- PID controller / thermostat
- Control with 1 automatic program (Heating – Holding – Cooling) and manual operation (manual heating and manual cooling with cold water)
- Heats up to 90°C
- Cooling with cold water. Water inlet with motor-operated ball valve.
