Thanks to its high-torque servo drive and swivel head, it enables fast and precise thread cutting. Equipped with a cooling system with air blow, the machine ensures optimal visibility of the drilled hole. The tapping arm features two operating modes—automatic and manual—as well as a tightening function.

The electric tapping machine is a versatile threading device that finds application in both large manufacturing plants and smaller workshops. Its main advantage lies in reducing tapping operation time, making the process significantly more efficient.

The machine features a simple, compact design equipped with a swivel head, increasing its range of applications. The device is driven by a high-torque servo motor, ensuring robust and reliable operation. For ease of use, the tapping arm is equipped with a touch control panel with a Polish-language menu. This intuitive panel allows easy programming of tapping parameters such as spindle speed, tapping direction, and thread depth.

Standard equipment includes a micro-lubrication system, which provides continuous cooling with minimal use of cutting fluid. Additionally, the machine is fitted with a chip blower to maintain optimal visibility of the drilled hole.

The tapping arm is equipped with a quick-release chuck, enabling simple and fast clamping of taps for both through and blind holes. Furthermore, the machine features a rotating motor assembly, making it possible to cut threads at any angle from 0° to 90°. Compared to manual tapping, this machine offers greater accuracy and reliable threading with precise right-angle (90°) alignment.

The tap holders are equipped with adjustable overload clutches. The clutches are pre-set to standard torque values for specific tap sizes but can be adjusted using a special key included in the set. The device also features a long-reach rotating arm, facilitating the precise and efficient positioning of the tap on the workpiece. It is suitable for threading in various materials, including steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and non-ferrous metals.
