Stanje: pripravljen za uporabo (rabljen), Funkcionalnost: popolnoma funkcionalen, The Lutetia T0 vacuum tumbler is specifically engineered for processing plants seeking a compact and reliable solution for vacuum mixing and marinating of small batches. It incorporates the same technological principles as higher-capacity industrial models while remaining ideally suited for pilot, artisan, or recipe trial productions. This ensures that brine is absorbed evenly and consistently, guaranteeing uniform quality from the very first cycles. Additionally, the vacuum operation enhances product consistency and ensures reliable outcomes. The slow rotation of the drum enables gentle handling of raw materials; this gradual movement minimizes mechanical stress applied to the product, preserving the integrity of the meat fibers. As a result, both visual appearance and texture remain uniform. Furthermore, the drum's internal geometry promotes optimal product circulation, improving process repeatability and safety—even with consecutive batches. Food-grade stainless steel construction meets the stringent hygienic standards of the food industry. It provides outstanding resistance to corrosion and wear, while also simplifying cleaning and reducing downtime between productions. As such, the tumbler is readily available and easy to operate on a daily basis. Its compact footprint allows for straightforward integration even in production environments with limited space. Ultimately, the Lutetia T0 is an optimal choice for professionals looking to structure their vacuum marinating process without oversizing their equipment. It offers an excellent balance between precision, reliability, and compactness, making it a strategic tool for industrial trials, small-scale productions, or development-phase workshops.
