AMTEC VFFS-SYS AF 50-L ECO

Complete version of the vertical packaging system with auger dosing unit, screw conveyor, and discharge conveyor belt. Suitable for packaging powdery products with either high or low flowability. The vertical packaging machine (VFFS) is equipped with the following components: PLC (touchscreen operator monitor, available in various languages, e.g., English, German, etc.), date printer, automatic program setup, mark sensor, quick-change forming unit, pneumatic sealing unit, servo motor for film transport (double transport possible), air separator/extraction device (removes air from the bag before sealing—no vacuum is generated), holding device for heavy finished bags, Euro slot punching device, suitable for OPP and PE film (PE unit available at extra cost if required).

Screw conveyor for automatic material transfer to the dosing unit. Vibration motor ensures uniform product flow. Feed hopper with up to 150 liters volume. Size depends on the customer-specific final system.
