Vertical packaging machine including dosing unit(s) with 4 production lines for manufacturing "stick packs" with a center back seal (alternatively: 3- or 4-side sealing available at extra cost) for packaging powder products (pepper, milk powder, etc.). Features PLC and color touchscreen by OMRON, self-diagnostics. Pneumatic components from AIRTAC, temperature PID control by OMRON, electronic components by SCHNEIDER and OMRON. Film feeding system, AB converter control, stainless steel construction (SS304), auger dosing unit with servo motor, and hopper. - Specifications: Accuracy: +/- 0.3–1%; maximum machine cycle rate (idle): 4x60 cycles/minute; accuracy: +/-10%; suitable for all BOPP/PE and laminated films; bag sizes: L(50–350)xW(10–100)mm; power: 220V, 3.5kW; compressed air: 1.5m³/min, 6bar; machine dimensions: L1500xW1300xH1900mm; weight: 450kg.
