AMTEC TF 400-65

Fully automatic tube filling machine for pastes and liquids. Typically used for cosmetics such as make-up, creams, general care products like shower gel, hair shampoo, hair gel, toothpaste, sunscreen, etc. Suitable for pre-made tubes (closed with a cap) made from plastic, metal, or coated composite material. Fully automatic feeding and alignment of the tubes (rotation in the holder) using print marks, as well as filling and sealing the tubes. Prior to filling, the tube is air flushed to prevent contamination. 'No tube, no fill' is also a standard feature. Water cooling system, batch/date printer, and dosing unit, consisting of a pneumatic piston pump and supply tank with level sensor, are included. PLC controlled, operated via touchscreen. Optional at extra cost: heated supply tank, agitator for supply tank, additional format sets (holders) for various tube diameters, external tube feeding lift.
