AMTEC LF500FA 6HD

Fully automatic liquid filling system with 6 filling heads, suitable for various filling ranges—for example, from 50ml to 500ml—customizable according to customer requirements. The filling volume within the specified range can be individually adjusted by modifying the displacement of the pneumatic cylinders—easily managed via software control without the need for additional modules.

Operation: Bottles are fed via a conveyor belt, then positioned. The filling needles are inserted into the bottles; filling is performed by filling lances with dosing controlled by pneumatic cylinders. The filling lances feature a special stop mechanism to prevent liquid dripping.

Relevant electronic components: PLC and touchscreen from SIEMENS, detection sensors from Sick, frequency converter from Panasonic. Pneumatic components predominantly from AIRTAC. CIP self-cleaning hardware and software are included and can be customized as per requirements.
