Automatic filling and capping system for liquid dispensing. Suitable for various liquids and oils from the food sector (still water, juices, liqueurs, olive oil, sunflower oil, etc.) as well as non-food products (perfumes, cosmetic oils, cleaning agents, etc.). The automatic filling machine is equipped with two filling heads that move both vertically and horizontally, enabling continuous filling and thus achieving a higher cycle rate. The movable filling heads of the filling machine automatically detect the position of the bottles and the diameter of the bottle neck, offering additional benefits such as minimized adjustment work and sensor settings – within a defined range. Changing to other bottle sizes is therefore made much easier, which ultimately results in shorter downtimes due to time savings. Simple adjustment to different bottle widths and heights without the need for additional format parts. After filling, bottles are transported by conveyor belt to the automatic capping machine. Cap positioning and closing are fully automatic.
