Multi-axis CNC turning center with automatic tool changer, Y-axis, and B-axis, designed for complete machining of turning-milling components. Integrated spindle motors (ISM) on main and counter spindles with a liquid-cooled thermal compensation system.

The Y-axis is engineered to distribute cutting forces across two axes, resulting in extremely high rigidity for all machining operations.

B-PowerMill: For machining inclined surfaces and bores, a motor-driven milling spindle with a 24-position tool magazine is integrated into the upper slide system. Swivel range of 210° is steplessly adjustable and can be interpolated. Preloaded roller guides on all linear axes, digital drive system, integrated spindle encoder, state-of-the-art SINUMERIK 840D CNC control, includes:
