Rotary filling and sealing machine for pre-made bags with 8 production stations. Suitable for flat pouches and doypacks with or without zipper or spout valve. Easy operation via touchscreen and SIEMENS PLC, frequency converter for speed control, no bag (or no open bag) – no filling/sealing. Motorized adjustment of bag width, maintenance-free plastic bearings. All parts in contact with the bag or product are made of stainless steel (SS304). Can be equipped with all types of feed and dosing modules (optional) for packaging granular products, liquids, pastes, powders, etc. Suitable for a wide range of films, such as composite and monolayer PE and PP films, paper, etc. (details on request). Vertical bag feed via hopper (for flat pouches; optional: horizontal feed, specifically for pouches with zipper or spout valve). Vacuum unit for opening pouches made of thinner film material. Suitable for the following bag sizes: L(100–350)xW100–210)mm.
