AMTEC HPFS N50-M FSP

Horizontally operating, intermittent, gear-driven filling and sealing machine for filling and further processing of pre-made flat pouches or Doypacks without zipper closure. Especially suitable for medium-sized pre-made bags. Integration of various filling systems possible (auger filler, scale, volumetric doser, liquid-, paste- and other dosing units). One bag is processed per production cycle. By default, one dosing unit and one filling hopper are included. It is possible to equip the machine with an additional dosing unit and a second filling hopper to either process two different materials or split the filling operation, thus increasing production speed (particularly relevant for viscous products).

The machine/system is also available in other versions for different packaging sizes and packaging speeds.
