Opis

Rotary filling and sealing machine for pre-made pouches with 8 production stations. Suitable for flat pouches and doypacks, with or without zipper or spout. Simple operation via touchscreen and SIEMENS PLC; frequency converter for speed control; no-bag (or no open bag), no-fill/seal functionality. Motorized pouch width adjustment, maintenance-free plastic bearings. All components that come into contact with the pouch or product are made of stainless steel (SS304). - Can be equipped with all types of feed and dosing modules (optional) for packaging granulate products, liquids, pastes, powders, etc. Suitable for a wide range of films such as composite and monolayer PE and PP films, paper, etc. (details available on request). Vertical pouch feeding via hopper (for flat pouches; optional: horizontal feed, specifically for pouches with zipper or spout). Vacuum unit for opening pouches with thinner film material. - Suitable for the following pouch dimensions: L(200-450)xW200-300)mm. - Specifications: max. machine cycle rate (empty): 30 cycles/min; power: 380V, 4.0kW; compressed air: 0.6m³, 6 bar; machine dimensions: L2500xW1800xH1800mm; weight: 1400kg.

The machine/system is also available in different versions for various packaging sizes and speeds.
