Filling and capping machine for dosing liquids and pastes into stand-up pouches (Doypacks) with spout and screw cap. The rotary indexing machine is designed specifically for filling all types of liquids, such as water, juices, sauces like soy sauce, salad dressings, tomato sauce, or higher-viscosity liquids including BBQ sauces, honey, as well as semi-solid products like peanut butter, fruit marmalade, or nut-chocolate cream.

The filling and capping machine is equipped with six filling heads for liquid dispensing as well as six heads each for positioning and capping the spout closures. The production process is fully automated, from pouch infeed, filling, and nozzle cleaning, to lid delivery via elevating conveyor, screwing on the caps, and discharge of the finished products. Accurate fill volumes are ensured by constant liquid level monitoring. PLC control system, touchscreen operator panel (menu available in various languages, e.g. English, German, etc.). Suitable for pre-made stand-up pouches with side or top spout.
