The installation surface must be concrete, level, suitable for anchoring, and able to bear the applied loads. The customer is responsible for checking and ensuring the surface quality, load-bearing capacity, and any necessary official approvals.

The uprights must be anchored to the floor on site; wall anchoring is neither necessary nor recommended.
According to professional association guidelines, it is recommended that the uprights have a minimum projection of 500 mm above the top storage level.
