This is a robust, reliable machine operating on compressed air and 220V—Plug and Play! It is particularly suitable for small batch filling. Only a very small compressor is needed to operate this machine. A compressor can be supplied upon request; we recommend a minimum capacity of 12 liters.

The filler is equipped with a 1000ml cylinder, allowing a maximum fill of 1000ml per stroke. By programming multiple strokes, larger volumes can easily be achieved (e.g., 2500ml with 2 x 1250ml strokes). The minimum filling volume per stroke is 100ml; any amount between 100ml and 1000ml can be filled in one stroke. We also offer models with cylinders up to 5000ml per stroke.

The machine is delivered with a suction hose, allowing direct intake from a drum or IBC tank. It features both a foot pedal and an automatic mode. In auto mode, the machine performs continuous fills for higher throughput, while the foot pedal enables manual-paced operation.

Depending on the operator and fill volume (ml), output ranges from 15–25 units per minute, making this a very fast machine. Weighing approximately 15–20 kg, it is easily placed on a table. Constructed entirely from stainless steel (RVS), the machine ensures high quality and durability.
