This is a robust machine operating on compressed air and 220V, Plug and Play! Ideal for filling small batches. Only a very small air compressor is required to operate the machine; we can supply one if needed. We recommend at least a 12L compressor.

The filling machine comes with a 1000ml cylinder, allowing it to fill a maximum of 1000ml per stroke. By setting the machine for multiple strokes, higher volumes can be dispensed without issue. For example, 2500ml can be filled with 2 x 1250ml strokes. The minimum volume per stroke is 100ml; any volume between 100ml and 1000ml can be dispensed in a single stroke. We also offer models with cylinders up to 5000ml per stroke.

Equipped with a suction hose, the machine can draw fluids directly from a barrel or IBC tank. It is supplied with a foot pedal and an automatic mode. In automatic mode, the machine fills continuously, which is ideal for larger quantities. The foot pedal allows the operator to fill at their own pace.

Depending on the operator and fill volume, the machine can fill between 15-25 units per minute, making it a highly efficient solution. Weighing approximately 15-20kg, the unit can be easily placed on any table. Constructed entirely from stainless steel, it is a high-quality, durable machine.
