The Quadro Filius is a program-controlled machine for the gentle processing of all types of bread roll doughs.
The following types of rolls can be produced:
- Rustic rolls, square
- Triangular rolls
- Seeded sticks

The machine stands out for its high flexibility in the production of these baked goods for small and medium-sized bakeries. It can be combined with downstream seeding units or a rotary table system. Operation is via a text display.

The machine has been final inspected and tested with dough by our master baker.
