Verleimstern VS-3000-12

The Verleimstern is designed for width and thickness wood gluing, where the glue joints are air-dried. The Verleimstern has a compact footprint and can be modularly expanded to match the workpiece dimensions and required output. Additionally, it is user-friendly and easy to maintain.

The glued wood is placed into the clamping units, which are mounted on the endless chain of each tier and can be quickly and easily adjusted to various workpiece sizes. The Verleimstern is suitable for material thicknesses from 25 to 90 mm. For thinner or thicker materials, additional pressure elements (15–25 mm) must be used. The clamping units can be tightened manually, with a manually operated hydraulic motor, or with an automatically operated hydraulic motor.
