Gluing Star VS-3000-12

The gluing star is designed for width and thickness wood gluing, where the glue joints are air-dried. The gluing star requires minimal floor space and can be modularly expanded based on your workpiece dimensions and desired capacity. It is user- and maintenance-friendly. The glued timber is inserted into the clamping units, which are positioned on the continuous chain in each section and can be quickly and easily adapted to different workpiece sizes.

The gluing star is suitable for material thicknesses from 25 to 90 mm. For smaller or larger thicknesses, additional pressure elements (15–25 mm) must be used. The clamping units can be tightened manually, with a hand-guided hydraulic motor, or with an automatic hydraulic motor.
