Gluing Star VS-3000-16

The gluing star is designed for edge and thickness gluing of timber, with glue joints being air-dried. The system has a compact footprint and can be expanded modularly to suit the size of the workpieces and the required production capacity. In addition, it features user-friendly operation and maintenance.

The glued timber is placed into clamping units, each mounted on a continuous chain per deck, and can be easily and quickly adjusted to accommodate different workpiece dimensions. The machine is suitable for material thicknesses from 25 to 90 mm. For thinner or thicker materials, additional pressure elements (15–25 mm) are required.

Clamping units can be tightened manually, with a manually operated hydraulic motor, or with an automatic hydraulic motor.
