VS-3000-16 Gluing Star

The gluing star is designed for width and thickness lamination of solid wood, where glue joints are air-cured. Featuring a compact footprint, the gluing star can be modularly expanded according to the dimensions of the workpieces and the desired output. Furthermore, it is both operator- and maintenance-friendly. The glued wood is inserted into the clamping units located in each compartment of the endless chain, which can be quickly and easily adjusted to accommodate different workpiece sizes. The gluing star is suitable for material thicknesses from 25 to 90 mm. For smaller or larger thicknesses, additional pressure elements (15–25 mm) are required. The clamping units can be tightened manually, using a hand-guided hydraulic motor, or via an automatically-controlled hydraulic motor.
