To ensure the electronics are perfectly matched to the machine, we design, build, and wire our control cabinets in-house. We exclusively use high-quality components, such as those from Siemens or Rittal. Intuitive touch interfaces guarantee fast adjustments. Functions such as setting the ram cycle or stop ensure high throughput. The integrated overload protection also prevents machine damage.

No material blockages thanks to self-cleaning hopper design

The hopper serves several purposes. Material to be shredded is loaded through it—either manually, with machinery, or via conveyor belt. The large opening also makes loading very large parts easy and convenient. Crucial for the shredding process is its special design, rounded at the front to effectively prevent material bridging. Even with bulky pieces, the shredder can self-feed and prevent jams. If required, hopper extensions and lids with gas struts are available.

Durable rotor bearings thanks to isolated design

A rotor bearing must be exceptionally robust due to the extreme stress during shredding operations. To prevent dust or foreign material from entering the bearing, we have separated it from the machine frame. This also makes it very easy to maintain and accessible.
