Intuitive Operation Thanks to Siemens PLC Control with Touch Display

To guarantee the electronics are fully matched to the machine, we design, build, and wire our own control cabinets. We use only high-quality components – for example, from Siemens or Rittal. The intuitive touch interface allows for rapid adjustments. Features such as adjustable pusher stroke and stop enable high throughput. Built-in overload protection prevents damage to the machine.

The hopper fulfills several functions. It facilitates loading of materials to be shredded – manually, mechanically, or via conveyor. The generously sized opening makes it easy to load even very large pieces. The specially designed, rounded front ensures effective prevention of material bridging. Even with bulky parts, the shredder keeps itself clear. Hopper extensions or lids with gas struts are available upon request.

Long-Lasting Rotor Bearings Thanks to Offset Design

Rotor bearings must be extremely robust due to the high demands during operation. To prevent dust or foreign materials from entering, we designed the bearing assembly offset from the machine frame. This also improves serviceability and provides easy access.
