Wallenius Water Innovation FluidWorker 100

The FluidWorker® 100 uses UV-C technology to reduce bacteria in metalworking fluids from machine tools in an environmentally friendly and efficient manner. It is also successfully used for chemical-free bacteria control in process water systems such as parts washers, cleaning baths, quenching fluids, and similar applications. By installing a FluidWorker 100 in the machine reservoir, the use of environmentally hazardous and health-damaging biocides can be significantly reduced. Biocides are a major cause of allergies, respiratory illnesses, and skin irritation among operators of machine tools. The use of the FluidWorker 100 typically also increases the service life of metalworking fluids by at least 30%, resulting in cost savings on coolant replacement and disposal.

The FluidWorker® 100 operates in bypass mode on the machine tank. All necessary installation accessories are included in the package.
