All components have been modeled with finite element calculations, reducing the number of parts – and thereby potential failure points. The high rotational speeds of the milling heads not only ensure excellent surface quality, but also guarantee high cutting speeds. Depending on the machine type, feed rates of up to 35 m/min are possible. The benefits? Higher speed, greater precision, more power. Safety: Simple machine operation via the central control panel. Pressure regulators for each roller section are mounted directly adjacent to it. Feed speed can also be reduced at any time as needed. All access doors are equipped with electric interlocks and can only be opened once the machine has safely come to a stop.
