The innovative strength of the automatic pointing machine makes it possible: this machine combines the pointing, chamfering, and cutting-to-length processes into just a few efficient steps, all within a single cycle time.

An ingenious system is at work here, enabling all production stages to be carried out with maximum precision and speed. It’s the perfect solution for all round timber that has already been milled and/or peeled, and is awaiting its final shape as posts, stakes, or palisades.

Both models enable three process steps—cutting, pointing, and chamfering—to be performed fully automatically in parallel. Without interrupting the production flow: for example, the single-length machine can produce up to 4,000 wooden posts or more per shift.

The powerful geared motors utilise frequency inverters to achieve top performance—ensuring maximum speed for cutting and optimized cycle times.

This is especially beneficial when processing different diameters: the processing speed can be easily adjusted to suit the round timber.
