The machine underwent a complete overhaul; the entire structure was sandblasted and repainted in 2013/2014. The control system, automation, and inverters were all replaced with brand new components by a company specializing in painting machines.

The control interface is in Polish—a highly intuitive touchscreen controller. Condition: very good, everything is fully functional.

The machine consists of:
- An integrated infeed table
- A blow-off section additionally equipped with ionizers before and after the blow-off
- A scanner
- A conveyor belt (the belt is relatively new—used for only a few months before the machine was decommissioned)
- A spray booth with a water curtain, equipped with 4 Kremlin ATX spray guns
- An integrated outfeed table
- A belt washing unit with rollers and squeegees, plus a diaphragm pump for water circulation
- A water skimmer

The machine is sold without the pump. Testing the machine at our facility is possible.

The machine is fully operational; we are selling it because we required a more efficient (faster) unit. The machine has not been dismantled but is out of service—you can visit, connect your own pump, and start it up. The machine can be converted to a “dry” version without a water curtain.
