This meat grinder for fresh and frozen meat, Model: VDW S 2000, was manufactured in 2017 in Germany. It is a demonstration unit with low operating hours (500 hours). The machine is equipped with a column loader for 200L meat trolleys. Discharge height: 900 mm (for 200L containers). Extendable step with guard for improved access to the feed hopper. Automatic adjustment of conveyor and cutting screw speeds based on torque. Integrated control cabinet with internal ventilation to reduce the risk of condensation. User-friendly control panel with touchscreen (Start/Stop, Emergency Stop). Neck cover with safety sensor and lock.
