Vertical Broaching Machine Type SRM 2026 – NEW MACHINE:

The main application is for manufacturing keyway slots from 3–28 mm and profiles of similar sizes. The compact design requires minimum floor space and allows successful use in small, medium, and large workshops. The low price makes it economical even for small batches and single-piece production.

Drive is provided by a pole-changeable geared brake motor. The maintenance-free dual spindle drive ensures smooth operation, a central pulling point, and consistent cutting performance. The open tool table design also allows large workpieces to be positioned without restriction. In most cases, workpieces do not require clamping. Stroke adjustment is accomplished via adjustable limit switches with stroke limiting. For short hubs/workpieces, multiple parts can be stacked for machining.

Broaching needles, mandrels, and spare parts are available at attractive rates upon request.
