SHARK 230-1 NC HS 5.0, electrohydraulic double-column fully automatic band saw with
semi-automatic function for 0° cuts in structural steel, stainless steel,
steel alloys, solid and profile materials, with a maximum remnant piece length of 60 mm.
- The cross-section max. is 230x230 mm.
- Numerically controlled band saw with the new Windows “CE” based system,
specifically developed by MEP for automatic operation.

- User interface with 7” touchscreen display and mechanical keys
for the machine's operating functions, ensuring reliable
operation, simple and intuitive use, and real-time monitoring of all
cutting parameters.
- Safety enclosure in accordance with the latest EN 13898/2007 machinery directive
requirements.
- New fieldbus communication system with dual microprocessor and serial connection.
- Robust cast iron (G25) construction to compensate for vibrations,
improve machine stability, and prolong band saw blade life.
