The machine base is a heavy-duty welded construction.
The coolant tank is integrated into the machine bed.
The cross table is made of cast iron; the guideways are ground and scraped with adjustable gibs.
The ram head is also made of cast iron, the guides are ground and scraped, and equipped with lubrication grooves. The ram head can be swiveled +/- 20 degrees.
Stroke is adjustable via a side opening. The tool is positioned against the longitudinal stop. The machine is equipped with a mechanical stroke drive.

The CNC rotary table controller is housed in the operator panel. The zero point can be set in any desired position of the indexing head with division options from 2-999 symmetric and 99 asymmetric divisions.
