Stanje: rabljeno, Leto izdelave: 2017, številka stroja/vozila: LC560, Rabljena oprema za obdelavo za male mlečne izdelke, kapaciteta 2000 l/h. Prevzem in začetno skladiščenje mleka. Poleg tega ta enota zmanjšuje vsebnost bakterij in omogoča neprekinjeno prehod v pasterizacijo. Pasterizacija in ločevanje. Hkrati homogenizator RANNIE s kapaciteto 1.000 l/h zmanjšuje velikost maščobnih kapljic, s čimer poveča stabilnost emulzije in preprečuje ločevanje smetane. Fermentacija in koagulacija. Po toplotni obdelavi mleko preide v fazo fermentacije. Operaterji uporabljajo izoliran dvojno-stenski fermentor s kapaciteto 1.000 litrov in planetarnim mešalom. S tem se zagotovi enakomerna bakterijska aktivnost in natančen nadzor temperature. Hkrati začne 1.000-litrski rezervoar za koagulacijo, opremljen s planetarnim mešalom, proces strjevanja. Oba rezervoarja zagotavljata optimalno strukturo beljakovin za jogurt, sir in fermentirano smetano. Obdelava sira in odcejanje. Procesi pakiranja. Ko so izdelki pripravljeni za pakiranje, linija vključuje polavtomatske in avtomatske rešitve. Najprej polavtomatski polnilnik dozira pasterizirano mleko v 1-litrske vrečke. Nato avtomatski polnilnik za jogurt napolni in zapre lončke s premerom 75 mm in 95 mm, do 1.800 enot na uro. Medtem rotacijski stroj za etiketiranje podjetja ETICAP (2004) nanese sprednje in zadnje etikete na cilindrične lončke. Pomembno: stroj zagotavlja dosledno usmerjenost in oprijem etiket. Datumska označitev, nadzor temperature in končno pakiranje. Todpfx Ajw Ahg Rjnpsd Poleg tega označevalnik Videojet 1220 (2019) s prenosnikom označi vsak izdelek z datumom izteka roka uporabnosti. Nadalje stroj za vakuumsko pakiranje obdela porcije smetane in sira. Laboratorij in dodatna oprema. Poleg modulov za obdelavo rabljena...
