The bottles, which are selected by a screw, are then placed onto the rotating carousel and guided by a starwheel.

First station: Disgorging – The bottles are first gripped by the neck and their bodies are then guided along the inclined path by the infeed system. Each bottle carrier is equipped with an adjustable disgorging system and a thumb device to prevent wine loss.

Second station: Partial extraction, up to 6 centiliters (bottle in upright position).

Third station: Dosage of the sealed bottle, tilted to 60 degrees; dosage control is performed both above and below.

Fourth station: Wine topping up (upright bottles) using a small, pneumatically adjustable pump to ensure perfect filling.

The machine features a robust and well-maintained construction, with a frame and housing made from top-quality stainless steel. The upper part is made from transparent polycarbonate.

Basic machine configuration is suitable for processing 0.75 liter, 0.375 liter, and Magnum (1.5 liter) sparkling wine bottles, as well as special bottles upon request.
