The MSP 120 ZK briquetting press with integrated shredder consists of a hydraulic chip briquetting press and a pre-installed crusher, precisely matched to each other. This system enables the size reduction and compaction of chips generated by turning and milling operations. The volume is significantly reduced, and the briquettes are separated from the coolants (coolant emulsion, oil) absorbed during previous machining processes.

The system consists of a feed hopper into which the material to be processed is loaded, and an integrated shredder that reduces the chip length.
A conveyor system continuously and gradually feeds the shredded chips into the hopper of the chip press via a conveyor belt. There, two augers transport the material into the compaction chamber.
The system features a monitored liquid collecting tank and a pump. The cooling fluids can be returned to the production process.
Cycle control is managed by a PLC and an electronic level sensor for monitoring the fill level in the hopper.
Optionally, a tipping device can be added for manual loading if required.
