The KSF-2/4 cross mullion router is successfully used worldwide. Our customers appreciate the precision, robustness, and versatility of this proven machine. The notches for the cross mullion are made in one operation by an upper and a lower milling unit, and the flattening is done by a third milling unit. Once the workpiece is inserted and the button is pressed, clamping and cross mullion routing is automatic. The additional front grooving unit (the fourth unit) enables chip-free, perfectly machined muntin crosses on the visible side even for pre-profiled bars. This ensures the high fitting accuracy of all cross mullions produced with our KSF-2/4 cross mullion router.
