The KSF-2/4 cross bar tenoning machine is successfully used worldwide. Our customers value the precision, robustness, and versatility of this proven machine. The cross bar slots are made in a single operation by an upper and lower milling unit, and the notching by a third milling unit. After placing the workpiece, clamping is performed automatically at the push of a button, the cross bar is milled, and the workpiece is released.

With an additional front grooving unit (the fourth unit), completely tear-free cross bars can be produced on the visible side of pre-profiled bars. This ensures the high fitting accuracy of all cross bars manufactured with our KSF-2/4 cross bar tenoning machine.
