The FLS ECO 120 edging saw is the entry-level model in the FLS technology range. This saw is primarily designed for small to medium-sized operations focused on various wood processing tasks, but it is also suitable for non-wood materials. The single-blade FLS ECO 120 significantly increases work efficiency and material yield (by 10-15%) and can process cants, planks, beams, and large panel materials. The incoming material can be edged, resawn, trimmed, and used for producing cut-to-size pieces and lamellas. The maximum cutting height is 120 mm, optionally 160 mm. The saw can be operated by a single worker.

The machine meets strict occupational safety requirements in accordance with relevant EU regulations and directives.

Smooth feed and saw blade lift adjustment ensure clean cuts and high cutting performance. Blade changes are quick and, most importantly, safe thanks to the "ProLock" quick-release system. The saw carriage features guiding and lateral rollers that guarantee optimal tracking of the floating unit during cutting, minimizing unnecessary vibrations. The upper hold-down and adjustable wooden fence securely fix the material during cutting, eliminating unwanted movement.

FLS technology offers unique fast and simple setup via ergonomically positioned controls with a touchscreen panel. Cutting width values can be entered manually or through the "Absolut" basic program, as well as via optional "Chain" or "Optim" programs. The intended cutting line is projected onto the material with a laser and subsequently guided longitudinally by the moving saw blade.

On the FLS saw, you can cut cants, beams, planks, and large panel materials. Input material can be edged, resawn, trimmed, cut at an angle or mitre, grooved, and processed into cut-to-size pieces and lamellas. The machine is ideal for manufacturers of panel boards, solid furniture, or staircases. The unit can also be used to process non-wood materials such as PUR/PIR panels, plastic-based materials, sandwich panels, aluminum, or cement-bonded particle boards.
