The system consists of the following components: - Mash/lauter tun made of stainless steel for mashing in, mashing, and lautering. Independent control of the thermal oil-heated jacket and bottom heating. The double-walled vessel is insulated and features a polished internal surface. The top-mounted motor drives the cutting and stirring agitator with infinitely variable speed control. For lautering, there is a multi-part perforated false bottom, and for spent grain removal, a rectangular manway on the side.
