The electronic divider-rounder Mod. ATHENA LARGE PLUS is designed for the production of round rolls, hamburgers, pita bread, pita, and pizza bases.

The machine, suitable for processing soft and semi-hard doughs, is equipped with a Teflon-coated stainless steel hopper with a capacity of approximately 25 kg and can be fed by a suitable dough feeder.

The dough, handled gently thanks to a star dosing system, is compressed into the dividing chambers, which, once properly adjusted, produce the required weight.

Once the weight is set via the "TOUCH SCREEN" control panel, the dough pieces are ejected and enter the rounding drum, which can be easily exchanged according to the desired weight.

During operation, it is possible, via the "TOUCH SCREEN" control panel, to independently and simultaneously regulate the rounding speed and the production speed. At the end of the process, the properly rounded dough pieces are deposited onto the 800 mm long discharge conveyor belts (standard).

The “TOUCH SCREEN” control panel with 50 storable programs and PLC operational management allows the adjustment of weight, production speed, and rounding speed. Hourly output: 1,000–2,500 pieces/hour per row (42 cycles/min.).
