Two customized, yet reprogrammable and adaptable mixing and dosing systems for 2-component polyurethane mixtures are available.
1) Sealing and foaming system Sonderhoff DM 402, year of manufacture: 2011, mixing head: MK650, output: 0.08g-0.15g/s, material: 2-component PU foam, robotic operating range X/Y/Z: 1000mm/800mm/250mm, max. application speed at R=6mm: 9m/min, max. traverse speed: 20m/min, max. acceleration: 5m/s², table dimensions X/Y: 485mm/700mm.
2) Sealing and foaming system Sonderhoff DM 402, year of manufacture: 2018, mixing head: MK125MP, output: 0.5g-2g/s, material: Fermapor, robotic operating range X/Y/Z: 2500mm/1250mm/300mm, max. application speed at R=5mm: 13m/min, max. traverse speed: 58m/min, max. acceleration: 10m/s², table dimensions X/Y/Z: 2x 1200mm/1250mm.
Both systems are equipped with peripheral devices and systems for monitoring and control of temperature, consistency, mixing, refilling, and other processes. The systems can presumably be adapted to any desired mixing ratios – but exclusively for polyurethane. Documentation is available. On-site inspection is possible.
