For the production of precise tube geometries with bending radii up to 1.5xD

Robust and durable steel construction with a force-locking connection – no twist-prone design, such as split construction of bending head and mandrel carrier. Maintenance-free electromechanical drive for the bending axis. The control system’s touch display enables simple and intuitive programming and operation of the machine. After inserting the tube, it is fixed in position by the chuck in the carriage. This ensures precise positioning of the tube, allowing the creation of dimensionally accurate geometries. Standard equipment also includes pre-bending tube geometry verification: if the bending process is started at an incorrect position, the machine will not authorize the operation. This prevents user errors. Optional additional features provide greater convenience and increase output and thus the efficiency of the machine.
Data exchange from the optional pipe calculation software TBS-3D (PC version) is via USB stick or FTP access from the computer to the machine controller. USB or LAN connectors (RJ45) are provided as standard. Existing tube geometries can be easily and quickly converted, e.g. via the STEP format.
