New deburring or scouring drum (deburring machine) designed for safe and efficient deburring of workpieces. 6-sided drum lined with 36 mm wear-resistant, vulcanized rubber. Roll-up cover for protection against the rotating drum, robust construction, easy operation. Control panel with timer, hour counter, main and emergency stop switches, and signal light. The maximum fill level is 40% of the drum volume, corresponding to 300 kg (200 kg workpieces + 100 kg deburring media such as manganese steel balls or cast iron pentagons). These are available from Sideros: manganese steel balls €400 per 100 kg & cast iron pentagons €950 per 100 kg. Dust extraction unit Sideros ECO A (see photo 8) optionally available for €1,900 + VAT.

The manufacturer recommends sending 100 kg of sample material for test deburring to the Italian plant before ordering. Otherwise, the manufacturer accepts no responsibility for the deburring results.
Warranty: 12 months for single-shift operation. When replacement parts are supplied, defective parts must be returned. Downtime of the machine is not covered.
