Machine column
Torsion-resistant welded construction with three hardened compact roller guides, protected against chips and coolant.

Spindle head slide
Cast construction with hydraulic weight compensation, guided on compact roller guides.

Machine frame
Self-rigid Hydropool composite construction, no foundation required. Precision compact roller guides in the X-axis.

CNC rotary table (motorized)
Ø1600 mm clamping surface, 8 longitudinal T-slots (22 mm), 2 reference slots, T-slot spacing 160 mm, locating bush Ø50 H7, runout 0.010 mm, flatness 0.020 mm. Indexing accuracy ±4”, max. rotation speed 5 rpm, tilting moment 60,000 Nm, max. table load 6,000 kg, workpiece swing diameter 2,300 mm (up to 320 mm above table surface). Table surface shows normal wear.

Automatic tool changer
Chain magazine for 48 tools, max. Ø 125 mm (250 mm if adjacent spaces are empty), max. length 400 mm, max. weight 25 kg. Tool holder SK50 DIN 69871, spindle position horizontal, fixed slot coding and pneumatic spindle taper cleaning.

Spindle head with universal milling head (UFK)
Automatic swiveling 360 × 1° or 180 × 1°, 64,800 programmable positions. Tool holder SK50. Hydromechanical quick tool clamping (pull-in force 20 kN). Main drive liquid-cooled, 30 kW at 100% duty cycle (41 kW at 40% duty cycle), speed range 36–6,000 rpm.

Digital feed drives
AC individual drives, infinitely variable 2–30,000 mm/min in all axes, acceleration up to 2 m/s².

Operation / Control
Swiveling operating panel with Heidenhain iTNC 530 CNC control.

Measuring systems
Direct, contactless linear measuring systems.

Electrical equipment
According to EN 60204 / VBG 4, 400/230 V, 50 Hz, total connected load approx. 50 kVA. Control cabinet IP54 with command and switching devices, connected by plug-in system.

Lubrication
Guides: centralized pulse lubrication. Main spindle: permanent grease lubrication.

Painting
Machine / control cabinet RAL 7035, milling head / spindle head RAL 5021, DD structural paint (silk gloss, oil- and soda-resistant).

Work area enclosure
2 angular sliding doors at the front + roof, rear wall with protective cover, side inspection window.

Power supply connection
400 V, 3-phase, 50 Hz, 50 kVA, 125 A slow-blow, compressed air 4–6 bar (incl. pressure regulator & condensate separator).

Coolant system
Switchable coolant supply (nozzle ring/internal feed for SK DIN 69871 AD). Compact paper band filtration system, adjustable throughput via bypass valve. Pump output 32 l/min at max. 20 bar. Tank capacity 500 l.

Chip conveyor
Travel approx. 2000 mm, infeed width approx. 350 mm, discharge height approx. 1250 mm.

External electronic handwheel (HR 410)
Switchable for 3 axes (optionally up to 5 axes, not for uni-head axes).

Collision monitoring
Single-channel system for monitoring machine and, to a certain extent, tool collisions.
