Gbsdpfx Agsvvi Scjyei
- Highly efficient: equipped with drilling spindles running at 8,000 rpm and the industry's most robust spindle technology, offering over 1,000 maintenance-free operating hours.
- Optimal and completely equipped: the suction cups can be individually configured on the TV FLEX worktable, allowing the machine to be tailored precisely to your needs.
- Easy and intuitive programming thanks to integrated Cad-Cam MAESTRO CNC software.
- User-friendly operation: the lowered machine frame provides easy access to the worktable at all times. The control cabinet and vacuum pump are integrated into the machine bed. In the PRO SPACE version, no additional protective infrastructure is required.
Supporting structure
The supporting frame is made from an exceptionally sturdy, monolithic steel base, heavily ribbed and extremely robust. The extra-wide support surface is specially designed to give the machine maximum stability and to ensure constant precision under all working conditions. No floor anchoring is required. The base forms a large and solid support for the moving gantry. The machining unit is equipped with a balanced, stable, and highly durable support structure that withstands heavy loads, guaranteeing top-tier performance and superior accuracy. The moving gantry is made from a single, solid piece, anchored to the base, and runs on premium prismatic rails with ball-bearing carriages. The machining unit is attached to this and moves in the Y and Z axes, also on prismatic rails with ball-bearing carriages. The movement of the lower mobile unit (X axis) and the machining unit along the gantry (Y axis) is ensured by a rack-and-pinion drive with helical gears, resulting in greater tooth engagement for increased acceleration and higher speeds along the X and Y axes. The specially designed helical gearing reduces wear on mechanical parts and enables quieter operation. The vertical Z-axis is driven by a ball screw, which ensures perfect balance under dynamic load, as well as high acceleration and deceleration speeds. The main milling unit is directly coupled to the Z-axis carriage, providing extremely fine processing quality by eliminating vibrations. The X-Y-Z axis movements are driven by brushless motors powered by static inverters, which provide:
- Shorter machining times thanks to improved acceleration
- Greater positioning accuracy thanks to high-resolution encoders
- No setup required upon machine start-up due to absolute encoders
- Elimination of general maintenance work as the brushless system has no brushes
