Heating Platens:
Electrically heated aluminium sandwich platens from ELKOM, Germany.
Continuously adjustable up to max. 120°C, up to 150°C on request.
Thermal insulation towards the press frame.
Platens are mounted with special brackets to allow for necessary thermal expansion.

Hydraulics:
Compact hydraulic pump, integrated in the press frame, from HAWE Germany.
2-stage design for closing and pressure build-up phase.
Hydraulic cylinders made of high-quality, tempered and ground steel with large diameter.

Press Frame:
The press frame is a heavy-duty, torsion-resistant, stress-relieved welded steel construction.
Presses of the gs series can be loaded from all four sides.
Press tables are constructed from welded HEA profiles.
Precision machining of the assembly components is done on state-of-the-art CNC machines.
Uniform and precise movement of the press table is ensured by rack-and-pinion and self-lubricating slide guides on 2 corners of the frame.

Side-mounted control panel with SIEMENS 7'' colour touchscreen
Proprietary SCM software enables simple, intuitive operation.
The following parameters can be programmed, called up, and changed:
- Automatic calculation of maximum allowable hydraulic press pressure based on workpiece size.
- Storage of up to 100 programs (temperature, specific pressure, pressing time, platen size) possible.
- Direct hydraulic pressure setting.
- Internet connectivity for remote maintenance service.
- Electronic control of pressing time
- Electronic monitoring of platen temperature
- Automatic pressure recovery
- Complete diagnostics and fault display with messages on the screen
